If you are not satisfied with your purchase, except for FINAL SALE items, you have 30 days from the date on your receipt to request an exchange for a product or products of equal value.

Exchanges will only be accepted,  if the item(s) are in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and tags, and are returned with the invoice.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Customer will also be responsible for shipping charges that come with returning merchandise. If the product is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for correct address; shipping and handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.

If the product is a discounted item it will be returned for the same price as it was paid and would be what you get in store credit.

 All merchandise purchased in a 3rd party store must be returned to a store for exchange or return in compliance with that stores policy.

The Following Items are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for exchange:
- Underwear, Socks, swimwear, bodysuits
